The Warmth and Kindness of Life: A Weekend of Inquiry into Compassion
Open to all.
Life brings many challenges, and without heart it can seem pretty cold and hard. Courage will take you some of the way. But there are times when you need kindness and warmth too.
Like courage, this kindness comes from our inner nature, our spirit. It's often known by its spiritual name, COMPASSION. And it's just what is needed to embrace and GROW through the storms and knocks.
And like courage, compassion can develop by exploring it, understanding it for what it is, and seeing what gets in the way.

We will break for 90 minutes for lunch on Saturday and Sunday
