August 17, 2024

Boulder, Colorado

Why is it hard to relax? What keeps our bodies tied up in the same way all the
time? How do we work with our bodies to be able to live a life of ease?

Life is full. What do we notice about how our body,
our being, is engaging in how we live?

Join Diamond Approach® Teacher, Bev Alexander, in discovering how your unique body and nervous system show up and impact your life and spiritual nature. We will look at contractions and relaxation. How do we recognize and work with them in ourselves? What is body armor? Why do we keep feeling the same shapes and structures in our bodies? Why can it be so hard to relax into what is? What is presence and how can it impact our lives and bodies? Please come and explore the way your body shows up in your life. No prior experience with the Diamond Approach necessary.
