Embark on a brief inquiry with your body at our upcoming event. Join us for an exploration into your body, breath, and beyond. Guided by Rick Gaines, Stephanie Ehret, and Laurie Albright, teachers, and teachers-in-training for many years in the Diamond Approach.
Bring along a small towel to support your neck for added comfort during your inner travels.
