Thursday Evening Introduction to the Diamond Approach

Our familiar sense of self, our Ego, has at its core a sense of agitation, reactivity and unsettledness. And efforts to quiet this agitation generally arise from the agitation itself, of rejecting what is, and hoping for something different. How do we travel through this paradox, knowing that we also feel, deep in our hearts and minds, that true rest and peace is possible?

If you are new to the Diamond Approach, and want to get a taste of the teaching, join us for this evening teaching on "Inner Unrest, Inner Stillness." The meeting will include a meditation, a talk, an experiential exploration, and a time for questions and discussion, a format that is the same in structure of for a Diamond Approach retreat meeting.

If, after attending this meeting, you want to participate in the rest of the reteat, you can do so at half of the usual retreat cost.
