An Introduction to the Diamond Approach®

Exploring True Strength, Courage and Aliveness - The Red Aspect of Essence

Oslo 15th - 17th November 2024

In this weekend we will explore the red aspect of essence -  what it is, what the typical  barriers are, and what brings us back in touch with this intrinsic part of who we are.  Inquiring into our strength, courage and aliveness can open us up to the possibility of living our lives more fully.

Our time together will include teachings on the topics, meditation, sensing practice and inquiry. We will focus on understanding what inquiry is and practice together. In addition, this time there will be the possibility to deepen your understanding by exploring with a teacher in a small group setting.

The Diamond Approach is a contemporary spiritual path based on modern discoveries in the field of psychology and a deep understanding of the spiritual dimension of our human nature. This path emphasizes the unique unfolding of each individual soul. The Diamond Approach uses inquiry as a main practice to invite your personal experience to open up into further discoveries.

This group is open to the public and anyone interested in the Diamond Approach. Members of the Ridhwan® school are also welcome. The seminar will be conducted in English.

Teachers: Philipp Hasselblatt, Kristian Lindberg, Laurids Kuhn & Synnøve Seim
