The journey to being what we truly are involves the gradual transformation of our historic self as well as a deeper understanding of our essential nature. We can experience “seven oceans and millions of stars inside”, but our journey most often begins with a direct experience of how we are estranged from our essential nature. Real change begins when we see and understand that gap.This weekend, we will take an in-depth look at the process of how we separated from our essential ground and became what we know today as our sense of self. By understanding the critical relationship between these two aspects of our soul, we can open the path toward finding our way home.

This will be an online-only retreat through Zoom with Diamond Approach Teachers: Kara Vangen, Jim Lockridge and Kathleen Graham
This is an open and ongoing retreat group in the initial stages of the Diamond Approach work. You are invited to accompany others who are exploring the Diamond Approach spiritual path.
We are meeting 4 weekends a year with a mix of in-person and online retreats. As the group gets established, additional sessions will be added which will extend the retreat.
Weekend retreats are composed of meditation, breath and movement practices, lectures, and self-reflection, exercises geared toward connecting with our True Nature and facilitating the unfoldment of our souls.
