Please join Diamond Approach Teacher, Timothy Bernhard, who will be leading a book study group on "The Unfolding Now" by A.H. Almaas, founder of the "Diamond Approach" path to Spiritual Realization.
Have you ever thought about making a spiritual journey? How would you begin? What would a spiritual journey entail? Your guide, A.H.Almaas, has generously shared his step-by-step instructions he taught to his students on spiritual retreat. What you learn may surprise you. You may come to realize and appreciate that a spiritual journey is nothing more than your life's journey.
The book group meetings may include a short meditation and an introduction to inquiry practices. We want to give every participant the opportunity to talk about how the assigned reading impacted them and their subsequent experieince. We will emphasize listening and being in touch with the body.
Meetings are on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 PM and will cover 6 chapters of the book.

Timothy Bernhard, LAc, he/him, has a lifelong interest in healing and spiritual traditions. In his 20's his interest led him to investigate and study various approaches to healing and spiritual practices. Trying to understand his place in this world, his journey began more earnestly wiht he moved to the Christine Center for Unitive Sprituality in Willard, WIsconsin to become a member of their community of seekers. His journey included hearbal medicines, Taoist Qigong and Fourth Way traditions. At the center he was introduced to and began his spiritual journey with the Diamond Approach. He has been a student of the Dmomd Approach for 25 years and began to share his love for the work as a teacher-minister since 2015. His work experieince includes Pharmacy, Dentistry, and Oriental Medicine.
