Mindful Inquiry
A six-part course to learn inquiry – a powerful practice for enhancing self-knowledge and opening the heart.
Deepen your inquiry practice with this insightful, practical course, taught by Dominic Liber & Jueli Garfinkle.

Mindful Inquiry is the foundational Dive-In inquiry course.

Learn how to dive in and explore the ocean of your inner world with the immediacy of mindfulness, and the active engagement of inquiry.

This six-part course is based on the book Diving in the Inner Ocean.

It has all the elements that you can’t get from a book: inquiry with a teacher’s guidance; inquiry with a diving buddy accompanying you; and learning how to support someone else with their exploration.

The course uniquely combines pre-recorded teachings with the magic of live interaction.

Prepare for each live session by watching the relevant video.
• Then join us online to do the inquiry exercises together, with the support of a teacher for further questions and inquiry.
