We will be reading and discussing The Unfolding Now: Realizing Your True Nature Through the Practice of Presence.
The keys to self-knowledge and deep contentment are right here before us, in this very moment—if we can simply learn to live with presence and open awareness.
In this group, we will discuss the first six chapters of the book, reading one chapter in each session. The discussion will be based on the participants’ questions, insights, and personal experience reading the chapter.
Every other Wednesday beginning August 30th, from 3:00 to 5:15 pm PT.
