Exploring True Nature through the central practices of the Diamond Approach©
This is an invitation to a meeting with yourself, oriented by the Love of Truth. In our circle of presence and attention, we will practice open-ended inquiry through physical sensing and verbalizing our moment-to-moment experience. In these sacred meetings with yourself, you will be invited to unite between the mundane and the divine, between the spiritual and the psychological, the body and the soul. Each meeting we will inform and enhance our inner discovery through a full body-heart-mind exploration that includes meditation, movement, sound, talks on the Diamond Approach© teaching elements, and sharing through inquiry and discussion.
The Diamond Approach© is the path of wisdom, an approach to investigating reality, and the method of working on oneself that leads to increased understanding and liberation. It is a spiritual path that grew out of and in response to the needs of those leading ordinary lives.
