An online inquiry group with Sean Menzies and Corina Prutti
In these evenings of exploration, we’ll engage in Diamond Inquiry™, the principle
practice of the Diamond Approach©. Using the book The Unfolding Now by
Hameed Ali as a guide, we’ll dive into the path of the Diamond Approach©. Always
starting from the present moment, we’ll explore: What is on my mind? How do I
perceive my body and how do I experience my feelings? By engaging in the direct,
felt sense of our bodies, in our emotions and thoughts - without judgement or goal
– we’ll open to our inner world, become more present and experience what it
means to be truly human.
Each meeting also offers a time for questions and an
ongoing introduction to Diamond Inquiry™.
Further evenings wiill be announced at the end of
each evening.
