Practices are fundamental to the alchemy of the Diamond Approach. Without them our inner work can remain disembodied, abstract, and without ground. With a consistent practice we develop an inner ground, steadfastness, and open awareness to the true nature of who and what we are. In this weekend we will explore meditation, sensing looking listening, and inquiry, and how these practices influence our daily lives.
