Five Day Autumn Retreat 10-14, October 2024

DHUK will have its first five day retreat at St Lukes this year. We will be exploring the qualities of inner nourishment and merging love, which are so essential to our development and growth. We cannot grow and mature without finding what truly nourishes our soul. This is a deep and profound exploration. Our relationship to nourishment is deeply shaped by our early experience with the person who nourished us first, which for many people means their mother. In this retreat we will explore the true essential mother within every human being.

Thursday 6:30pm to Monday 5pm (attendance at all sessions required)
New students welcome 
£360 flat rate

Location: St Luke's Community Centre, 90 Central Street, South Islington | Garden Room | EC1V 8AJ

The Tube: The venue is situated a ten minute walk and more or less equidistant from Old Street and Angel stops on the Northern Line Bank branch. Barbican and Farringdon stations are also quite close.

COVID and Flu Protocol:  We will not have a covid testing protocol this time. Please do not attend if you have any symptoms of something that may be infectious.
