Inquiry, the central practice of the Diamond Approach, needs the strength and courage of the Red essence. This essential strength, courage, and aliveness is needed to face the challenges we sometimes encounter with inquiry and in our lives. The Red essence manifests as true inner strength and courage which gives us the sense that we have the capacity to meet those challenges. This, in turn, energizes our inquiry, allowing us to discover who we really are at our depth. 

The forming Diamond Approach Florida group welcomes anyone living in the Southeast U.S. We meet three times a year in-person. We also have online series offerings in between the in-person meetings. Our next in-person meeting is:
