DADC3 2021-12

December 4, 2021
10:00 am - 05:30 pm

The Diamond Approach is a path of embodiment. That means living our lives from Being. The belly center, our body center, is central from the very beginning of our work because our bodies are manifestations of our deepest nature in physical form.

When you are truly functioning in your belly, you are completely present, and
being completely present, you’re being yourself. So you are not identified with
the usual activity of trying to get somewhere else.  -- A.H. Almaas

We discover that Being expresses itself in the way we live our lives, whether in speech or touch or action or responsiveness. To do that we have to become deeply in contact with the vehicle through which we live, which is the body, and the belly center is the heart of that vehicle.

“Let's get real.” The belly center orients us toward the practicalities of our life. In other words, the belly center helps us be practical, realistic, grounded in the present moment. Developing the belly center is planting the roots of the spiritual tree: the deeper the roots grow, the healthier the tree.

Please join us on December 4th as Victoria leads us in exploring this important key to "walking the talk."
