Many of us didn’t necessarily grow up with the perspective that what’s inside us, our own sensations, thoughts and feelings, are filled with treasures. Developing the capacities in turning within can be transformative.
It takes exploration and practice to develop an attitude of friendly interest, curiosity and kindness towards our own inner treasures.
That’s what we will explore and discuss in this free webinar. Dominic Liber’s book Diving in the Inner Ocean: An Introduction to Personal Transformation through Diamond Inquiry will be our guide, however you do not need to have the book to attend.
