We all have a sense of what something being ‘deep’ means, as opposed to something being ‘superficial’.
We may have difficulty defining depth and surface, but we do have an experiential sense of these two terms.
In this teaching, we will explore depth from the perspective of spiritual awakening and experience: feeling our depth, expressing ourselves from that depth and living our lives from that depth.
The more we explore it, the more we begin to glimpse the significance this can have for our lives as individuals and as a society.
