I have been a student of the Diamond Approach for 35 years, and a teacher for 22 years.i am originally from Glasgow , Scotland and I now live on Maui, Hawaii. I have been teaching Diamond Approach Hawaii 3 with my colleague Karen Brewer for the last 18 years and I also teach Ridhwan Big UK,, Ridhwan UK3, IRG and DhR6 with Sandra Maitri, and team and an IGroup with students in Australia and New Zealand who are in the DIVE program. I am a member of the Living, Dying Service Group and the steward for the Hawaii Teachers Group
What have you learned as a result of studying the Diamond Approach?:
I have learned that enlightenment is not a state of consciousness or something to be sought after and that I am here to learn what it is to be a complete human being.

What attracted you to the Diamond Approach?:
I was introduced to the Diamond Approach by Christine Dveirin after she participated in a group with Hameed Ali (founder of the Diamond Approach) at Esalen in 1987. She gave me a copy of The Pearl Beyond Price, which inspired me with the depth of its understanding of reality and the process of self realization.
What is most important for people to understand about the Diamond Approach?:
That it is not a quick fix but a deep commitment to a path of exploration and the understanding of what it means to be a human being.
