Lou Weir has been a student of the Diamond Approach for over 20 years. He has also trained in Vipassana meditation and teaches at Insight Meditation Ann Arbor, where he is a founding teacher. He leads retreats in Southern Michigan. He has an interest in superego work and has taught classes on the inner critic since 2000. He is a father and husband and lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
