Dive-In 1 - Mindful Inquiry is the foundational online inquiry course. It uniquely breaks the practice of inquiry down into six primary "diving moves" or skills. Learn how to explore the ocean of your inner world with the immediacy of mindfulness, and the active engagement of inquiry.

NEXT COURSE starts 11 September, 6:30pm Pacific Time.

Visit https://www.dive-in.life/di1-mindful-inquiry/ for more information or to register.

Find a warm and friendly curiosity about your personal truth, and the love of simply being yourself.

What’s included?

Six Online Dive-In Live Classes

You’ll join six practical Dive-In Live classes on Zoom. In each you will engage a new skill that is part of mindful inquiry, with a crew of other inquirers and a teacher’s guidance. You can do the course in series of classes on set dates with other people working on the same material as you to enhance your learning. And if the fixed course dates or times don’t work for you, you can pick your own six dates from the wider range of what’s available and do it in your own time.

The next series of set classes is our Pacific Coast Fall Course with Jueli Garfinkle, at 6:30pm Pacific Time:

Lesson 1: 11 September
Lesson 2: 25 September
Lesson 3: 9 October
Lesson 4: 23 October
Lesson 5: 6 November
Lesson 6: 13 November

Six Preparatory Lessons

You’ll prepare for each Dive-In Live class by watching an essential pre-recorded lesson with Dominic Liber. Each lesson has:

  • A guided meditation to start
  • Some teaching about the new inquiry skill that you will be practising at the class
  • A practical exercise (and sometimes two) to do on your own, and to bring to class
  • Some integration homework, to do between classes to hone the skills you are learning

Based on the book Diving in the Inner Ocean

The course is based on parts of the book Diving in the Inner Ocean, and includes new material that is not in the book. The course gives you have all the elements that you can’t get from a book: guided practice; a teacher for questions and guidance; inquiry with a diving buddy accompanying you; and learning how to buddy with someone else on their exploration.

To get the most out of the course, we’ll recommend reading or listening to certain chapters of the book in preparation for some of the lessons.

Visit https://www.dive-in.life/di1-mindful-inquiry/ for more information or to register, or email Jueli on the teacher link below with any questions.

Fees:

The course fee is £120 or about $158 (as at late August).

This includes the six pre-recorded video lessons with Dom, and the 6 Dive-In Live Classes with Jueli.
