How to Update Your Monthly Donation
We recently changed our payment processor for monthly donations and are unable to update anyone's credit card, donation amount or designation in the old system.
So we have set up a page where you can create a new monthly donation with your updated information here: https://online.diamondapproach.org/monthly-recurring-gift/
Once the new monthly donation is created we will cancel the old one so you are not charged twice.
*PLEASE NOTE: If we are unable to cancel the old monthly donation before it charges you again, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge ASAP. Please do not reach out to your bank to dispute the charge, this will significantly delay our ability to issue the refund to you.
